This is reminder that the Unit Safety surveys must be completed by the first
quarter 2014.

It is best that you do not put this action off as it doesn't take long to
complete.

 

Also in reviewing some of the reports you really need to enter something in
the remarks field just an answer of yes really is not answering the
question. These surveys should not be approved without remarks.
